    Please tell me you have larger flanges than 24mm

    Although this is a fabulous pump, I cannot for the life of me find larger flanges. So now I have this beautiful breast pump and a brand new baby but I can’t use the darn thing because it’s killing my nipples. Why don’t you offer the larger flanges?

    strong suction but flange is too small!

    I got this pump for free through my insurance and just started to get the hang of it, I get a good 6 oz a pump, but the 24mm flange is just too small. My Nipples are super sore so I don’t think i’ll be able to use it anymore until a larger size is made which sucks because I love the hands free option. ):

    Please make larger flange sizes!

    I just got this pump in the mail and I REALLY like it, however, the largest flange the company makes is a 24mm, which has been hurting me so bad! I really want to use this pump because it’s my first ever hands-free electric pump. I just don’t understand why they don’t make any bigger flange sizes? Please create them!

    Flanges vs Inserts

    This product page is misleading. All sizes are labeled as flanges but only the 24mm are flanges. All of the smaller sizes are inserts. Customer service confirmed this was true after I bought the 19mm "flanges" and received 19mm inserts.

    Amazing inserts! Perfect for smaller nipples!

    Fit perfectly inside the discreet duo pumps! Doesn’t slip or move at all while pumping. It helps that the pump flanges are silicone also, the inserts almost adhere to it! I absolutely love them.

    Love this pump!

    I got this through insurance about a month ago and I love it! I intended to only use it for on the go but it collects more than my Medela wall pump, I feel empty after 40-60 mins on the last setting. Very easy to wash/clean, they fit in almost any bra I have. They aren’t very quiet and they’re kind of bulky since I’m smaller chested but other than that no complain! The battery life is phenomenal!
