I made a purchase on the 17th of December 2023 and have continuously written back and forth to customer service since January 8 2024, saying they will try to "resolve" the issue of not shipping 2 products I had purchased, because they don't deliver internationally. Obviously the package never arrived to my address nor a refund has been made to this date, which I have asked several times for as well. I have written so many times claiming my money back.. they don't even respond anymore. This is how they treat their customers, by stealing their money.

Rinse all parts with cold water immediately after each use. Place valves in a clean wash basin used only for washing infant feeding equipment. Do not place valves directly in the sink, because germs in sinks or drains could contaminate the pump parts. Hand wash all valves using warm, soapy water. Rinse with running clean, warm water, or by submerging in fresh water in a separate basin that is used only for cleaning infant feeding items. Place valves on a clean, unused dish towel or paper towel in an area protected from dirt and dust. Do not use a dish towel to rub or pat items dry. Allow the valves to dry completely before assembly and use.

I got the signature Pro Double Electric Pump, which came with 4 of these valves. After merely ONE week of usage, the valves have rips which significantly reduced the suction. After talking to other mothers who use the same pump, I was informed that these valves don’t have to be replaced for at least a month. I don’t know why the valves I received ripped so easily.

After using the lansinoh double electric pump for less then a month, both valves had rips in them! I don’t pump often & I followed instructions for cleaning everything (hand washed in warm soapy water) but still the replacement valves I’m now using also have rips in them. Not sure why they rip so easily, very disappointing.
